The ca. 100-year-old 'Old Vintertun Farmstead' is a traditional timbered farmhouse nestled in the idyllic surroundings of Vintertun.
Inside are rustic timber walls and original features, creating a cosy and unique atmosphere.
There are 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 comfortably, plus a sofa bed in the upstairs lounge. Large bathroom with shower and bath. Traditionally styled farm kitchen. Cosy lounge and dining room with valley views and a wood-burning stove. SW-facing terrace with evening sun and stunning valley and mountain View’s.
The area is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a unique vacation experience.
Vintertun is our home away from home for our family, and when we are not enjoying it ourselves, we wish to give others the opportunity to enjoy the charm of Vintertun and its surrounding area with mountains and fjords.

From the tranquil setting of Vintertun you have amazing hiking terrain right from the front door.
The whole area is an eldorado for hikers and skiers of all abilities alike, with close proximity to Rullestadjuvet, Seljestad, Røldal, Buerbreen, Trolltunga, and the wider area of Folgefonna and Hardanger.
The Historical industrial town of Odda is close by; the 25 minute drive to which is breathtaking with its amazing waterfalls and picturesque farmsteads.
